As your coach, I'm here to help you build long-lasting habits, not just a "12-week program" that might leave you without any further guidance when done. My focus is to help YOU reach YOUR goals, whether that is muscle growth, fat loss, or just a healthy lifestyle! You name it, I'll guide and support you.
As I've grown in my fitness journey, I have realized the importance of not just looking my best but also feeling my best! My job as a coach is to give you the correct tools in your toolbox for an ultimately healthy life. I am currently a PTA student hoping to be a physical therapist one day. I started this project in hopes I could take everything I have learned and pass it along to others.
